1959 "stretch"

Yesterday I brought home my latest acquisition; this 10.5" unconverted 1959 .44 Mag. It was absolutely filthy and I spent perhaps 2 hours doing a complete teardown/cleaning job last night. It's quite the beast!

Ah yes, a thing of beauty and with that grip frame you can use it and not be afraid to "wear" the grip frame, we put Old Army parts on my late Navy Seabee buddy Fred Prices' OM 41 mag, cut it down to 5.5 inches and he loved that set up, his nephew has it now,,, made sure he got it...
