The GPF-331 was first offered in 1989 and dropped from the catalog in 2004. Value is determined by supply, demand and condition, great revolver but doesn't have a high collectability. This is a must for anyone interested in early development of one of the true staples of the Ruger company. Great information and documents only found in this printing, thanks for sharing Don.
