I’ve been a gun dealer for over 25 years. I’m not a member here to sell guns. I’m here because there is lots of information to be had that’s not in a book, and believe me, I do have an extensive library, but it never seems to be enough. I want to thank my business partner, Alisa, for all the research she has done on this firearm. I all so want to thank the many that responded and reached out to her. She is 10 years my younger. When she told me the names of some of the people she was speaking with… Industry names, gun writers, names of good old boys that were there, some in their 80’s. Names I grew up reading about. Thank you all.

While I’m still tracing the ownership of this firearm. Just how it ended up in Nebraska, who might of owned it. It will most likely be presented in this falls Morphy’s “Premium Gun Auction” as the real deal it is.
