i own a brace or ruger old armies, stainless steel centennial models with consecutive serial numbers of 4290 and 4291. there is no prefix numbers. i was wondering about the significance of this. was it normal for these pistols or is there anything special about the low 4 digit numbers. thanks for any help i can get.
