0 Replies and 3302 Views Older vs Newer mini  3302  0 Started by  LimpinLeroy OK, boys and girls....here is another switch I am considering...I have a Ranch Rifle from about 2001 that is new in the box. So I am thinking, sell the '01 model and buy a current model. I also like the slightly heavier barrel and the wood stock. Is my l...

7 Replies and 5757 Views Value of .44 Magnum Carbine 1967  5757  7 Started by  alan_k42 I have inherited a Ruger .44 Magnum Carbine, S/N: 115175, 1967. It has been fired about a dozen times, some of that by me. It is in excellent condition, with box and manual. The stock is dark Walnut. It looks like the 10/22 Compact, in the catalog. I am trying to find the value of this, as I might sell it. Thanks for any help.

0 Replies and 3727 Views Matched Pair 44 Carbine and 10/22  3727  0 Started by  ruger66 In July 1964 Ruger had started manufacturing the 10/22. In Sept. of that year the skipped a block of serial numbers so they would match up with the 44 Carbine. They sent out a number of matched sets. Nobody knows how many. But this is the only known set. Notice they both have factory sling swivels.

It is in mint condition but I must be truthful the stock that came on the gun is mint also but I could not resist putting the stock I won in the silent Stan Therune auction. He must have been saving it for something like this!

0 Replies and 4647 Views Questions about a laminated M77 30-06  4647  0 Started by  bigbore45colt I came across an interesting M77 today. 30-06, 20'' bbl with a brown laminated stock which is not checkered and does not have a grip cap. I'm not sure if it qualifies as a BZ or a DZ, I guess I'll find out when I hear back from Ruger tomorrow. S/N is 771-687XX. &91img&93http://pic50.picturetrail.com/VOL1645/8471566/20728911/343457450.jpg&91/img&93 &91img&93http://pic50.picturetrail.com/VOL1645/8471566/20728911/343457471.jpg&91/img&93 &91img&93http://pic50.picturetrail.com/VOL1645/8...
