2 RCA Mark II Target .22s, have a couple questions

I have recently acquired 2 RCA Mark II Target pistols, new in box, unfired. They both have original documents (one has the official letter, the other doesn't), boxes, and come in a sliding wooden box. My questions are:

1. What is the approximate value of these pistols?

and

2. When was this Mark II made? Serial # 18-4**

Cam, welcome aboard! Alas, I cannot help you, as my forte is the Max. I'm sure someone will come along. I could dig through some of mt journals and possibly find the ads for that as I sorta remember when those were offered (been a member since '84) if I could find my journals but, we're in the middle of a house move!
