To all Ruger owners,
Just a short note to give us all another reason to love and collect Rugers. I recently purchased a NIB (18-year-old stock) Number 1 medium sporter in 45-70. It had (what I considered to be) a factory defect concerning the alignment of the barrel. Their customer service reps I spoke with could not have been more pleasant or professional. Long story short, Ruger replaced the barrel at no cost and shipped it back to me in a very short time - no questions asked.
I would be hard pressed to think of another company that would take care of a customer in the manner Ruger did. Think I'm loyal? You better believe it.
