NMLRA Old Army

Hi,
I'm new here. Does anybody here know of NMLRA Ruger Old Army .44 percussion revolvers that were sold in 1974? They were each fitted with a gold-and-enamel NMLRA medallion in the left grip, and were consecutively serial numbered. There were only 100 of them, total. Each came with a Certificate Of Authenticity issued by the NMLRA and signed and dated by the Association Secretary. Anyone with information on these, please share it with me?
Thanks for your time.
