Hello all, MKiii Government Target

Hi everyone. I'm from Wichita KS. I'm going to be acquiring a pistol in trade this afternoon - for about a $250 trade value, and I'm having a hard time finding any info or value on it. Some ruger forums claimed only 200 were made, but I can't find clear info. It's the Ruger MK III (not II) Government Target Model. Like new in original box, with origInal paperwork and 2 mags. Serial number is 227-04686. It does have "Government Target Model" stamped on the right side, and it is a MK I I I , not the II. Thanks guys! Chad in KS
