Re: New Member

Rick,
You joined a good group. If you want Ruger info (and actually other brands also) this is a premier spot for the knowledge. The experts here have probably forgotten more info than most people ever had.

Re: .41 Magnum Brass frame

I talked to him this afternoon and both of us are interested but want to know what you are asking for it. If you don't want to put the price on the open forum, you can send me PM (Private Message) here and we can go from there. Neither of us want to make an offer because we cannot see it up close an...

Once we see if it came from Ruger with the brass frame, then I'll work out the details between him and you (if you are interested in selling it) because he can't seem to be able to get on the forum here for some r...

Re: .41 Magnum Brass frame

I know there are several collectors of brass frame Rugers so they can better answer your question. Me, I'm a Ruger DA revolver collector specializing in the Ruger Security Six, Police Service Six and Speed SIx. I'll pass this on to a person I know who collects brass frame Rugers.

Re: FBI National Academy Revolver

I don't know exact numbers, but RENE Reference of Ruger Firearms shows that they were made in 3 different styles, no engraving, 1/3 engraved coverage and 2/3 engraved coverage. They were produced in 1984. It appears that there were 30 made with the 2/3 coverage. All came with a variety of presentati...
