Welcome aboard! Take the grips off and see if there is a casting mark, MR-3DB. Then you know at least the frame is right. A letter from Ruger will confirm if it was shipped that way.......good luck, hope it is!

Welcome aboard! I am not sure of the production numbers. The Box and/or shipper sleeve are marked "G"KNR? What is the serial #? Pics will help.
